Hardinge conquest
With our cnc slant bed lathe we are capable of one-off parts or small production runs. Using a bar puller this machine can pull up to a 2-inch bar thru its collet chuck. To thread, groove, and turn precision parts from steel, plastic or aluminum. It can turn a max diameter of 8 inch and a max length of 10 inches.
Haas vf2
This is our Haas vf2. Using fusion 360 we are able to model and machine complex parts per customers request. Out of Stainless Steel, aluminum and plastic. With its 7500 rpm spindle we can machine complex shapes up to 16x30 in size. Specializing in short runs or one of custom parts.
